Job description
Teacher required for EBD school in Tameside

This highly regarded EBD School based in Tameside are looking for a Key Stage 2 teacher with a strong literacy and numeracy background to work as part of their committed teaching team.

This is an excellent school with a student focus and a solid and supportive management team committed to the continual improvement of results and behaviour management.

You will be working with a group of very mixed abilities, some pupils will have complex needs, ADHD, and mental health needs, there will also be some English as an additional language (EAL) so a patient, supportive and creative approach to inspired learning is essential.

The school has an overall aim to increase the ability of each child to communicate through both talk and writing.

If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
