My client is based in Hillingdon looking for a teaching assistant to help at a specialist school for children with Autism between 3 - 19 years old.
Located over two sites both primary and secondary providing education and support to pupils with different needs and abilities. With support from a skilled staff team, an organisation that provides a range of extra-curricular activities and great support and advice to families/carers they are looking for a pro active individual to join the team to help develop the independence for these young people.
About the role:
-Supporting children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
-Encouraging children throughout their young years between 3-19 years of age.
-Daily rate between £60-£75.
-Helping students to develop life skills.
-Working hours of 8.30-16.00pm.
-Immediate start, 5 days a week.
Please note: We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £40.00
