Job description
SEND Maths Secondary Teacher

Full time SEND Maths Secondary Teacher role available immediately.

Protocol Education are looking for a passionate SEND Maths Secondary Teacher to work in an SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school. The school admits up to 80 male pupils between the ages of 9 to 16. The school offers a highly effective and individual package of education, care and pastoral support to young people who may have only negative experiences of school. They provide a safe, caring environment supported by high levels of staffing ensures that each pupil has the opportunity to make progress and achieve their full potential.

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

• Strong behaviour management
• Maths or Science background.
• Resilience
• Relationship building
• Willingness to learn
• Good understanding of special education needs and students with social, emotional and mental health difficulties.
