Protocol Education is recruiting for a full time Maths and English GCSE Teacher to work in one of our school's in Croydon. This is an Independent school for post 16 pupils that struggle with mainstream Education.

The school caters for children with EHCPs, mostly for behavioural, social and emotional needs, with additional difficulties such as Autism. As well as a varied curriculum, they also offer a range of therapies and extra-curricular activities.

Shortlisted candidates must have proven experience in the UK, as a Teacher within a SEN setting. Many of the students are working below their expected age level. You will teach across the curriculum and be responsible for planning engaging and inclusive lessons.

They are keen to employ staff who are dedicated, dynamic and have a real passion for SEN. If you do anything extra curricular to help support young people the school would be interested.

The ideal candidate willl be;

- Passionate and interested with working with children for SEND.
- Patient and Understanding approach
- Available to start as soon as possible.

• Confident with behaviour management
