Job description
Protocol Education is working with a number of special needs schools across the Bracknell area. As the schools grow and take on more children, they are needing more support staff to work on both a 1:1 and small group basis. The needs of the children do vary and including children with; ASD, SEMH, PMLD, MLD, Downs Syndrome and Asperger Syndrome.

If you have had the experience of working with children and young people with the above additional needs, then this may be the perfect role for you.

We are looking for people who:

• Have a passion for working with children with additional needs
• Are adaptable in different environments and situations
• Can work well under pressure
• Works well within a team
