Job description
Protocol Education is currently looking for enthusiastic, proactive Teaching assistants to work with children on a 1:1 basis who have special educational needs to work within our schools and alternative provisions across the Teesside area.

We work with a number of schools and as a result are actively seeking SEND TAs for daily, short term and long-term roles. Many of the roles we receive are 5 days per week on an ongoing basis.
Successful applicants will be working with students in smaller classes or a 1:1 basis in a friendly and supportive environment. Applicants will be expected to follow the lesson plans provided.


You must have experience of working with children or adults with one or more of the following:

SEMH (social emotional and mental health)
ASD(Autism)
LAC (Looked after children)
Challenging behaviour
PMLD (profound multiple learning difficulties)
ADHD (Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder)

Team Teach is desirable as well as DBS on the update service
