Job description
Protocol Education are currently working with a special school in North Warwickshire that are currently looking for a 1:1 LSA to work with a KS3 student on the Autism Spectrum. The role will involve creating engaging activities and interacting well with the student to raise attainment and learning.

The school provides access to the curriculum for students with a range of disabilities, including Autism spectrum disorder, Severe learning disabilities, PMLD, Hearing Impairments and Visual Impairments. This would be on a long term position with the school starting as soon as possible through to the Easter holidays with the possibility of becoming a permanent member of staff.

Experience working with young people with behavioural issues is preferable but not essential for this role.

Applicants must be willing to get involved in all duties in the school as well as working on a one to one with this student.

Applicants are subject to an enhanced DBS and reference checks.
