Job description

We are recruiting for qualified teachers to work in a PRU setting to support pupils with emotional behaviour difficulties and/or social, emotional mental health. Previous PRU experience is not necessary however, having an adaptable and creative approach to teaching is important.

This school is well organised and has a high calibre of staff so candidates must be comfortable with thinking on their feet as a part of the average day.

The successful teachers will have excellent knowledge of primary or secondary key stage curriculum and will have strong behaviour management. Previous experience working as a teacher within an SEND setting is desirable.

If you have the relevant experience and desire for this opportunity, please submit your CV as soon as possible to be considered. This is a great opportunity to make a difference to a student's educational development in a supportive role.

Our ideal candidate will:

- Hold QTS or an equivalent overseas teaching qualification
- Have existing experience as a Teacher across the secondary age range
- Be confident in their use of the curriculum and their ability to plan lessons.
- Have experience working in a SEND setting
- Possess the drive and determination to make a difference to their pupils' education

Apply now with an up-to-date CV and all successful candidates will be contacted to progress their application. If you would like to discuss potential roles call Amy Webb on 0208 971 1284.

Please note: We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'.
