Job description
Fixed Term contract to be reviewed annually, until March 2020 in the first instance.

We are looking for a patient, skilled, and hardworking person, to join a Primary School based in Southend as a Teaching Assistant to support children with a high level of special educational needs.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join an exceptional school, which is a very successful, diverse primary school in the Heart of Southend with excellent transport links , with a strong reputation for inclusion: ensuring that children of different abilities and needs can learn successfully together.

The post is specifically created to provide additional support to children with special educational needs and is linked to a particular pupil attending school, however the post-holder will also provide support to other children within the class. You will ideally have a particular interest, or prior experience in supporting children with special needs.
