Job description
SEND Learning Support / TAs

Protocol Education are currently working with a Special Needs school based in Croydon who are looking for an LSA specialising in Challenging Behaviour. The position will be based in one of the schools multiple sites that is located in South Croydon. This school is continually expanding which presents the opportunity for development and working with children from multiple sites.

My client is looking for an LSA with a strong personality and confidence to work with students in Primary and Secondary.

If you're someone who can take an objective approach to dealing with challenging behaviour, exercise patience and has experience with dealing with challenging behaviours then this role will be ideal for you.

Previous experience in PRU school or worked with challenging behaviours before then that will be beneficial in this role.

There are long term opportunities with my client and this is a fantastic school with up to date facilities,
