Learning Support Asssitants in Croydon - Immediate Start
A special needs school in Croydon are currently looking for a learning support assistant (LSA) with experience supporting students from from ages 11-19 years. This is a lovely new build school with outstanding facilities with small classes of 4-6 pupils. The school likes their staff to work closely with the students in either small groups or 1:1 so that they can gain a better understanding of the needs and abilities of the students. This is a great opportunity for anyone that has previously worked with Autistic pupils and those who have severe learning difficulties.
We are looking for talented TA's and LSA's that are interested and passionate in working within the special educational needs and disabilities sector (SEND). Due to the nature of the environment it is essential that you can demonstrate a resilient and caring attitude and have a good understanding of working with children with learning difficulties.

• Experienced working with children on the Autistic spectrum and SLD pupils (Severe Learning Difficulties)
