SEN Teaching Assistants Required in Richmond
Protocol Education are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants in Richmond who are available for work ASAP. The successful candidate will be working with children with special needs such as ASD (Autism), SEMH (Social Emotional and Mental Health) and speech and language difficulties.
As a SEND Learning Support / TA, successful candidates will need the following experience and skills:
• To have worked one to one and lead groups with children with special needs such as PMLD, ASD and speech and language difficulties.
• Experience working with children with challenging behaviour.
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to use initiative and work well under pressure.
• Be able to differentiate work to support needs of children.
• PECS and Makaton experience is desirable
