Job description
Protocol Education is recruiting for a job in the Walsall West Midlands area for TeamTeach Trained Teaching Assistants.

The job requires the team teach trained applicants to have significant experience of working with Primary School aged pupils that have social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.

For this job it is essential you are able to deal with challenging situations in the classroom and can apply your team teach skills effectively.

The school has an ethos of supporting pupils to be tolerant and respectful, so in this job the team teach teacher must be able to reinforce those values through their authority and modelling acceptable behaviour.

The school is interested in seeing applicants for both daily cover; and long term positions that may become permanent.

The ideal applicant for this role will have:

• Team Teach Training ( which is in date)
• Have experience supporting pupils in a Primary setting
• Has the ability to effectively manage challenging behaviour
• Be available to work 5 days per week
