Job description
Protocol Education are currently looking for a friendly, fun and enthusiastic TA/LSA who has experience working with SEND pupils either as part of small groups or on a one to one basis. We are currently working with local school's within Lewisham and Greenwich who require SEN support for some of their most vulnerable children.

The successful SEN TA / SEN LSA will need to be able to support pupils that may have challenging behaviour, specific learning difficulties or EHCP's. With support from other members of staff, activities will be set by the teacher, and you will support pupils with their progress and attainment.

The ideal candidates will have experience supporting some or all of the following:

ADHD
Asperger Syndrome
Autism (ASD)
Behavioural, Emotional and Social Difficulties (BESD, formerly EBD)
Challenging Behaviour
Dyslexia
Epilepsy
Global Development Delay (GDD)
Hearing Impairment (HI)
Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
Multi-Sensory Impairment (MSI)
Non-Verbal Learning Difficulties (NLD)
Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
Speech and Language Disorder
Visual Impairment (VI)
