Job description
Send Teaching Assistants in Chessington

Immediate start after October half term

I am currently looking to recruit SEND Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants for a school in Chessington. There are multiple roles available with a quick turnaround in interview to start date.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will be required to have excellent communication, literacy and numeracy skills with the ability to deal with challenging behaviour.

You will support students with a variety of SEND needs, including ASD (Autism), SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties) and EBD (Emotional Behaviour Difficulties).

Candidates must have:

• Experience with children with similar needs
• Previous SEND TA experience
• Knowledge of varieties of learning difficulties and Mental Health
• Interest in working with children
• A positive and enthusiastic approach
