Job description
Protocol Education are currently working with a Good rated Secondary school in Hertfordshire, to recruit an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant with Special Educational Needs (SEN) experience.

*Please Note: This is a Full Time position, with immediate interviews available for the right candidates.

The potential candidates must have strong organisational skills, excellent timekeeping plus a strong background in a mainstream Secondary setting or stand-alone Special Educational Needs environment.
Based in a lovely location in Hertfordshire, the successful Learning Support Assistant will be supported by an excellent SEN department and SENDCo and have access to on-going professional development.

To be considered for this position you must be;

- Dedicated to ensuring each child continually progresses.
- An enthusiastic learning support assistant and have a flexible approach to work.
- Be able to motivate and inspire the pupils they support

Roles & Responsibilities:

Supporting classroom teachers
Responsible for 1:1 learning and group sessions
Liaising with parents and other school professionals
Attending training days
Flexible for out of school activities as required

Flexible on some days for hours
Inspiring and motivating to children
