Job description
Special Needs Learning Support Worker

Ealing – Piccadilly and District line

Start – ASAP

ASD (autism spectrum disorder) LSA (learning support assistant) long term to start ASAP in West London. As an ASD LSA do you have the ability to empathise and motivate all those around you and make a positive difference in the life of a child with autism?

Protocol Education are currently recruiting LSAs who are experienced in challenging behaviours (ASD/SEMH) for a large School is West London, Ealing. Your experience although it is preferred does not have to be school based to apply for this position as the school are looking for people with a wide range of experience.

As an LSA, you will;

• Work on a full time basis supporting student's behaviour

• Support learning inside and outside of the class

• Work 1:1 to maintain the progress of student's behaviour and learning

We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00
