Job description
Are you caring, compassionate and looking for a rewarding role?

Protocol Education is looking for Special Educational Needs Teachers.

We work closely with a Specialist Academy in Shrewsbury and we are urgently looking for teachers who are willing to support children and young adults with learning difficulties aged from 3 - 19 on a day-to-day basis.

You must have:-

· Qualified Teacher Status
· Some SEN experience
· Awareness of current practice in relation to SEN
· Able to work as a member of a team
· Have training in or willing to undertake training in Restrictive Physical Prevention (Restraint) if necessary

Previous experience of working with young children or adults with complex needs is essential.

Working across a variety of classes you will help support the class teacher in delivering day-to-day care, working 1:1 or with small intervention groups to provide on-going support in moderate, severe and complex cases.
