One of our schools is currently seeking devoted and proactive Specialist ASC Teaching Assistant to take part in our dynamic and dedicated team in Merton. This is an immediate role with the opportunity to extend it further.

The roles we are recruiting for cater for students with severe complex needs such as autistic spectrum Condition (ASC) and additional needs.

Anyone with experience working with these needs would be very significant but, it is not a must. We look after students aged 11 to 16 and this role will give you the opportunity to develop the following skills:

•The chance to support students one to one, small groups and in lessons
•Promote self-esteem, confidence and life skills
•Encourage good behaviour and integrate within the community.

Successful Candidates Must Have:

•Past relevant experience of working in a childcare/ support working setting.
•A passion for working in SEN
•The ability to work effectively as part of a team, and individually.
•A valid DBS or on the update system
