Job description
Protocol Education are currently looking for enthusiastic, proactive and flexible LSA's to work day to day within our schools in Kingston - South West London.

We work with a number of SEND schools; PRU's and academies that regularly need daily supply staff within their schools to cover staff sickness and absences.
Successful applicants will be expected to work with students on a 1:1 or small group basis in friendly, supportive environments. Working under the guidance of your teachers you will be expected to follow the lesson plans given and ensure that your students are completing the tasks that are set.

Desirable Previous Experience:
Autsim
Challenging behaviour
Multiple Learning disabilities
Severe Learning disabilities
ADHD
EAL

As stated previous experience within these areas would be plus, however LSA's who lack experience but have a genuine interest in SEND are more than welcome to apply. More than anything we would like applicants who are able to demonstrate enthusiasm, dependability, confidence and the versatility to tailor their approach to each class they are helping in. This role is ideal for anyone looking for part time, flexible and regular work.
