SEND Learning Support Assistant – North Tyneside (Full-Time)

Every learner deserves someone who sees their potential before they see it themselves.

We're recruiting a full-time SEND Learning Support Assistant to work within a specialist educational setting supporting learners with additional needs.

This is a rewarding opportunity to become part of a dedicated team where your encouragement, patience and commitment can have a lasting impact on a young person's future.

You'll support learners both academically and emotionally, helping remove barriers to learning while celebrating every achievement along the way.

Why work with Protocol Education?

From your first conversation with us, we'll take the time to understand your career goals and match you with schools where you'll feel valued and supported. Alongside weekly PAYE pay, you'll receive free training, ongoing consultant support and opportunities to develop your career within SEND education.

What we're looking for

You'll be empathetic, resilient and committed to helping every learner reach their full potential. Experience in education, care, youth work or support services would be highly valued, but above all we're looking for someone with the right attitude and a genuine passion for making a difference.

Apply today and help shape brighter futures through education.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see the FAQs on the Protocol Education website for further details.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
