Job description
Protocol Education are recruiting individuals with an interest in working with SEND. Our schools in Bristol/South Gloucestershire have approached us with a need of support staff to work with their pupils. The position is flexible as there is part time and full-time positions available.

Working with SEND, you will be working with different needs such as Autism, Learning Difficulties and Challenging Behaviour. Previous experience is strongly desired for this role as you will be working with vulnerable children. The age ranges in our schools are from 4-19 so you will be working with different age groups.

Essential criteria:
*Hands-on attitude
*Brief knowledge and understanding about SEND
*Confidence and resilience
*A passion for working in Education
*Previous classroom experience
*Ability to adapt
*Key communication skills

Desirable criteria:
*Previous experience with SEND
*Training in SEND or a degree in Education
*Team Teach training
* Previous experience in a SEND setting
