We're looking for caring, enthusiastic SEND Learning Support Assistants (or aspiring) to provide one-to-one and classroom-based support for young people (aged 11 to 15) with complex needs, helping them thrive, build confidence and develop their independence in school. Whether you're already experienced in SEND or you're keen to start a rewarding career supporting children with additional needs (e.g. ADHD/ADD, Autism, Dyslexia), we'd love to hear from you. Previous experience is helpful, but it's not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
You'll work alongside experienced SEND Learning Support Assistants, teachers and SENDCOs as part of a supportive team, providing personalised support that helps children access learning and enjoy their Secondary School experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
