Job description
Protocol Education are currently working with a Special Needs school based in Ealing who are looking for a LSA specialising in Challenging Behaviour/Autism. The position will be based within further education supporting students with Challenging Behaviour and severe Autism.

This Special Needs school is looking for a LSA with a strong personality and confidence to work with students aged 16-19. Students are all on the spectrum for Autism and range from low to high. You will be working on a 1:1 basis with the students. If you're someone who can take an objective approach to dealing with challenging behaviour, exercise patience and has experience with dealing with challenging behaviours then this role will be ideal for you.

Previous experience in PRU school or worked with challenging behaviours before then that will be beneficial in this role.

It is a fantastic school close to Acton station with up to date facilities. There are full time/part time and long term oppourtinites with the potential to go permanent.

To apply for this role, ideally you will need:

·Experience working 1:1 with challenging behaviour
·ASD experience
- Experience working with children who have behavioural, emotional and social difficulties.
·Personal care experience (not essential)
