A diverse Primary School in Finsbury Park are looking to recruit a learning mentor for students between the ages of 7-12 years.

This role is dedicated to those who want to inspire student's with Challenging Behaviour, ASD (autistic spectrum disorder) and SEMH (social emotional mental health).

The right candidate will need to be confident with de-escalation strategies and know how to handle challenging behaviours well. Resilience and hard work is a must!
×At least one years' experience working with children, preferably in an education
×An interest in supporting children with SEMH and ASD needs
×Good Literacy and numeracy skills
×A great understanding of behaviour strategies
×Ideally you will also have an NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistant or equivalent
