We are looking for special needs (SEN) Teaching assistants and learning mentors to join our Ofsted, rated outstanding school in Croydon. This School is a unique and rewarding place to work that has both a broad range of learners and a dynamic and supportive staff team. Dedicated entirely to supporting students with moderate to severe additional needs, including autism. They offer a range of both academic and pastoral classes that aim to provide pupils with more opportunities than ever before to be part of the local community.

They are currently seeking several teaching assistants to support students from September - January 2020. While some experience or understanding of how to support people who have additional needs is desirable, a sense of initiative and willingness to learn is just as important - so this is a great opportunity to kick start your career!
