Job description
SEND LSA's with ASD and SEMH Experience

Protocol Education are currently working with SEND schools in the High Wycombe / Aylesbury and surrounding areas who are looking for ongoing and day to day cover LSA's specialising in ASD and SEMH.

The position will be based within the Key Stages 1, 2 in classes of up to 10 students with varying levels of ASD, SEMH, Global Developmental Delay, general SEN and challenging behaviour.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Collecting and taking the children to and from their transport at the beginning and end of the day
• Assisting with toilet duties
• Working 1:1 with students in lessons and play
• Supporting students with Maths and English

The ideal candidate will be:

• Flexible
• Confident
• Able to use their initiative
• Friendly
• Happy to play with the children

To be eligible to apply for this position, you must have the following experience:

• SEMH
• SENTA
• ASD
• Team Teach Trained or equivalent
