Job description
Protocol Education are currently working with a large SEND school to provide a KS4 Learning Support Assistant with complex needs experience for the rest of the academic year in the first instance.

The school caters to students aged 4 - 19 and covers everything from challenging behaviour to very complex medical needs. The role itself would be working with the same class for the rest of this academic year, with an immediate start and has the potential to continue into the next academic year for the right candidate. You will get the opportunity to watch the students in your care grow and achieve goals and their personal targets. As you will be working with KS4 students you will have an immediate effect on their life after school and progressing into their college years. It is fundamental that you are willing to go above and beyond to support the needs of their students.

The ideal candidate will have the following;

Experience in supporting students with complex needs
Experience working within an SEND school
Experience supporting students that can show challenging behaviours
Team Teach training
