Job description
Protocol Education are currently working with an SEND School in North West Leicestershire in order to provide them with a KS1 LSA with complex medical needs experience to begin at the end of October with a view to continuing to work with the school for the rest of the academic year.

The school caters to students aged 4 - 19 and covers everything from challenging behaviour to very complex medical needs. The role itself would be working with the same class until Christmas, with an immediate start and has the potential to continue into the next academic year for the right candidate. You will get the opportunity to watch the students in your care grow and achieve goals and their personal targets. This role would suit a candidate that is passionate about helping students grow, achieve goals and allow them the platform to succeed after school/ college despite any barriers they might have to overcome.

The ideal candidate will have the following;

Experience in supporting students with complex needs
Experience working within an SEND school
Experience supporting students that can show challenging behaviours
Team Teach training
