Job description
SEND Higher Level Teaching Assistants Required For A Secondary PRU School in Crystal Palace

Protocol Education is currently looking for enthusiastic, proactive SEND Higher Level Teaching Assistants to work within our Secondary PRU schools in Crystal Palace and Croydon.

We work with a number of schools and as a result are actively seeking SEND Teaching Assistants for daily, short term and long term roles. Successful applicants will be working with students in smaller classes in a friendly and supportive environment. Applicants will be expected to follow the lesson plans provided.


Desirable Previous Experience:

PRU
Autism
Challenging behaviour
Multiple Learning disabilities
ADHD


Previous experience within these areas would be a plus; however applicants who lack experience but have a genuine interest in SEND are more than welcome to apply. More than anything we would like applicants who are able to demonstrate enthusiasm, dependability, confidence and the versatility to tailor their approach to each class they teach in
