Job description
Now is an exciting time to join one of our Offstead Rated Good schools in Shrewsbury WEM. This rewarding school is looking for a teacher to join our SEMH secondary school team.

If you can:
Lead on the development and implementation of the children's needs and support other teachers to deliver the curriculum
Plan, prepare and implement learning activities so that students enjoy learning, achieve their full potential and experience a sense of wellbeing
Create a positive learning environment
Work collaboratively with support staff to plan learning and ensure students make progress
Assess, record and report progress for students
Prepare for and contribute to Annual Reviews
Work in partnership with parents, colleagues and other professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for students
Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people within the school
