Job description for HLTA (maternity cover until April 2023, cover needed from 4th July):

We are looking to appoint an HTLA with a passion for Inclusion to lead our small nurture provision in the mornings and lead pastoral interventions in the afternoons. You must be:

•             Trauma informed

•             Have good emotional literacy skills. 

•             Have a good knowledge of Zones of regulation and ASD needs

•             Be confident to lead a provision alongside a TA.

•             Be resilient and multi-sensory in your approach to learning.

•             Be well-organised and committed.

•             Experience of supporting children with pastoral needs.

•             Knowledge of THRIVE and/or ELSA is desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
