PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disorders) 1:1 Learning Support Assistant
Location – Westminster
Salary – £65 - £85 per day depending on experience

Are you an empathetic Learning Support Assistant or Graduate who feels they can adopt and fully comprehend individual’s needs and then know how to adapt surroundings to best support their needs?
If this is you then this role could be for you. Protocol Education are currently working closely with a school to find someone for a specific role work closely with a student who is on the Autistic Spectrum and presents challenging behaviours.
They need someone who has had experience working at a 1:1 level and have a profound knowledge of special education needs.
If you were to apply for this role you would need the following skills and qualifications:
• To have worked with students with ASD.
• Ideally hold a Psychology degree or have Speech and Language experience.
• Be committed and motivated in raising standards
• Ideally be trained or have experience in Phonics and PECS.
