Job description
ASD (Autistic Spectrum) Teaching Assistant

Location – Ealing

Salary – Dependant on experience

Are you someone who has experience within special needs? Are you looking to join a school with fantastic facilities and a dynamic team of professionals? A school in west London are currently looking for a vibrant and engaging teaching assistant to support a class of students who are on the Autistic Spectrum.

Although this would be preferred, the school in west London aren't necessarily looking for someone who has had years of experience working in a classroom with ASD students. Someone who understands the needs and is comfortable working and supporting students with ASD is the most important factor.

This role will be long-term and will commence from September and be full-time. The School is based in Ealing with very good transport links.

Your main duties will be;

• Support students with their work

• Manage students behaviour

• Supervising classroom activities

• Report back to Teachers about students work

If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00
