Job description
Protocol Education is excited to be working with an engaging and forward thinking Special School in the West Midlands. There are currently opportunities for Team Teach Trained Teaching Assistants to work on a temporary basis both short and long term.

The School, which has been rated ‘outstanding’ need enthusiastic, committed and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support some of their students who have complex needs. The individual will need to have experience managing challenging behaviour and promoting high self esteem.

You will need to be available immediately and be able to work on a flexible basis as the role will be on a day to day or long term basis. This is an exciting opportunity to build your portfolio within different schools and build relationships for any potential roles in the future.

This role will demand a confident and enthusiastic individual who wants to engage and encourage young people to achieve their best. The candidate will have the ability to manage behaviours effectively, use their initiative and will be team teach trained or similar.
