Job description
ASD (Autistic Spectrum) Teaching Assistant

Location – ROchdale

Are you someone who has experience with special needs? Looking to join a school with fantastic facilities and a dynamic team of professionals. I work with SEN schools in Rochdale, Greater Manchester and I'm currently looking for vibrant and engaging teaching assistants to support children who are on the Autistic Spectrum.

Although this would be preferred, you don't necessarily need to have had years of experience working in a classroom with ASD children. Someone who understands the needs and is comfortable working and supporting children with ASD is the most important factor.

Your main duties will be to;

• Support children with their work

• Promote positive behaviour in class

• Supervise classroom activities

• Work closely with the class teacher
