Job description
Teaching Assistant positions in the Dudley, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Sandwell and Birmingham area's.

Protocol Education are teaching assistants with strong behaviour management skills. To work with children and young people who have been excluded from mainstream education. The schools we work with have a number of long term and daily roles, working within the classroom and also in alternative units.

The ideal applicant for this highly rewarding role should have:

- Behaviour management training ( EG Team Teach, MAPA, PRICE )

- Excellent communication skills

- Resilient Personality

- Flexibility in their teaching approach
