Job description
Protocol Education are urgently seeking to register a pool of behaviour support workers to work on a Temporary or Long Term basis within a SEND school or centre.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. Behaviour can be particularly challenging so the right candidate must be able to relate well to students, while also providing a strong classroom presence. We are ideally seeking someone with a strong background in the education sector, however due to the nature of the environment, sports coaches, ex-prison workers and youth support workers would also make an excellent fit for the role.

The successful candidate for this role will have:

• A calm and approachable nature.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Sound behaviour management.

• The ability to keep students focussed on and on-task, whilst also providing a welcome environment to your students
