Are you driven and want to be a part of success stories of pupils with various Special needs, working as a Teaching Assistant? Then Protocol Education wants to hear from you!

If your looking for a support position assisting SEND students then this is the ideal school and position. The school in question have an admirable Ethos and are looking for suitable candidate’s to start immediately on both daily and longer term basis.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• The ability to be self-motivated and driven to support the needs of pupils with Special Educational Needs.

• The experience of working as a Learning Support Assistant or SEN TA either as 1:1 or Group support within an Education/Childcare setting.

• Experience of working with pupils with various special needs such as learning difficulties, autistic spectrum disorder and behavioural and emotional difficulties.

• Remaining calm and being patient in stressful situations
