Job description
Protocol Education are looking for a Variety of Staff to Join a Team of Behaviour Support Workers.

Behaviour Support Service is a multi-disciplinary team of Teachers, Behaviour Support Workers, a Family Engagement Worker and a Clinical Psychologist.



The Job Role:

You will work with other key agencies (including schools) to provide a holistic approach to supporting vulnerable children and their families. We work alongside schools to help identify the needs of children who may find it a challenge to manage their behaviour. This can be for a variety of reasons including where children

may have emotional and social needs, or they may have learning and/or social communication difficulties including children on the autistic spectrum.



What you will do:

1:1 work with pupils

Support and training for school staff who may be working with pupils who display challenging behaviour in mainstream schools

Develop Pupil Intervention Plan alongside the school

Meetings & Admin

Experience of working with children or young people that have challenging behaviour

Experienced of supporting LAC Review
