Special Education Needs Education Recruitment Consultant - Leeds

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join Protocol Education on a "Warm" SEND desk as an education recruitment consultant.

Ideally you will have had experience in sales and or recruitment and a background within special educational needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a "Warm" desk that is already performing well. The desk has an established client and candidate base ready for someone with excellent account management and business development skills.

As one of our consultants, you will need to provide a high level of customer service and account management while excelling at influencing and negotiating. We are always busy, so you will need to work quickly and collaborate well with colleagues, especially during our exciting and fast-paced early morning booking sessions.
