Job description
SEND Early Years Primary Teaching Assistants Required for a School in Southwark

September 2018 Start

Protocol Education is currently looking for enthusiastic, proactive SEND Primary Teaching Assistants to work within our schools in Southwark, South London.

We work with a number of schools and as a result are actively seeking new SEND Early Years Primary Teaching Assistants required for short term and long term roles. Successful applicants will be expected to work with students in smaller classes in a friendly and supportive environment. Successful applicants will be expected to follow the lesson plans given and also write your own.

Desirable Previous Experience:

Autism
Challenging behaviour
Multiple Learning disabilities
Severe Learning disabilities
PMLD

Previous experience within these areas would be a plus; however applicants who lack experience but have a genuine interest in SEND are more than welcome to apply. More than anything we would like applicants who are able to demonstrate enthusiasm, dependability, confidence and the versatility to tailor their approach to each class they teach in
