We are seeking an enthusiastic and successful Teacher of Design and Technology to join our thriving, oversubscribed and outstanding all-through school. Successful candidates will be required to teach Design Technology across Key Stage 3 and 4. The school's aim is Excellence for All and the governors wish to appoint candidates of significant ability and enthusiasm, aware of and stimulated by the challenges and potential of a successful multi-ethnic coeducational school.

The role will require leading, delivering and coordinating lessons and curriculum to students that have autism, communication difficulties and developmental delay. Candidates who are committed to ensuring pupils make good progress and encourage pupils to reach their potential through engaging and stimulating teaching

Successful candidates will need the following skills and qualifications:

•Confident in differentiating work in accordance to the students' needs.
•Excellent communication skills, the ability to use initiative and works well under pressure.
•Experience or understanding of P-Levels.
•Have recent experience teaching SEN students.
•Have a strong commitment to inclusion with high expectations for all learners.
•Ensuring the schools ethos and policies are being applied.
•Willing to learn and update skills and knowledge
