Job description
Protocol Education is a leading specialist recruitment agency working within the Education Sector.

We are currently working with a large range of Schools and Pupil Referral Units in the Teesside and Darlington areas, due to continuing growth we are currently recruiting for a number of Cover Supervisors to work within these schools.

The role of a Cover Supervisor is varied and challenging but also very rewarding, you will be expected to deliver prepared work to pupils as well as managing the classroom, in the role flexibility and a sense of humour are essential. Within alternative education settings you will be responsible for delivering the curriculum to small groups of young people, who often have challenging needs.

A teaching qualification is not necessary but candidates should hold a degree or similar qualification, OR have experience of working with secondary aged children in a leadership capacity. Team Teach is an advantage.

Roles vary from long term to daily cover, dependent upon the schools need and we are passionate about matching the correct candidate to each role.
