Protocol Education are recruiting for a Cover Supervisor to join a nurturing and inclusive SEND school in Telford. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with additional needs in a setting that places wellbeing, personalised learning, and positive relationships at the heart of everything they do.
The school provides a caring and supportive environment for both students and staff and is part of a well-respected Trust committed to helping every pupil achieve their full potential. Staff work collaboratively to create meaningful learning experiences that promote confidence, independence, and academic progress for all learners. The school is now seeking a dedicated and compassionate Cover Supervisor to join their team and support high-quality teaching and learning across the school.
Qualifications:
Experience working within education, SEND, care, youth work, or related settings is desirable but not essential. Strong communication, behaviour management, and relationship-building skills are essential.
