Job description
Protocol Education are looking for LSA's with SEND experience to work in our Bristol and South Gloucestershire SEND schools. Expereince with SEND is key when working in these settings. If you have classroom or non-classroom experience working with SEND, you will be great for the role. 

The SEND schools in the Bristol and South Gloucestershire area cater for children with different needs for example, ASD, SEMH or SLD. Due to the needs and the vulnerability of the children, candidates must be reliable, friendly and have a hands-on attitude. An open-minded approach and resilience are also key factors to working with SEND. Previous experience is not essential but basic knowledge, qualifications or other experience working with children is highly desirable.  

The role will consist of supporting the class teacher during the day, working 1:1 or in small groups with the pupils, assisting with planned activities and ensuring the children have positive and fulfilling days.
