Job description
Protocol Education are recruiting full time and part time Classroom Support Assistants to work in SEND schools in the Bristol and South Gloucestershire area. This is a role ideal for candidates wishing to gain extra experience in a classroom working with children who have additional needs. It is also a great opportunity for those with previous experience working with SEND to advance your skills further. The opportunity allows preparation for a career in education or for support staff who wish to develop their classroom skills. The role does not require a QTS.

SEND refers to many different needs therefore the candidate must be adaptable and keen to learn. Candidates will preferably have experience working with SEN, challenging behaviour or training. Work will be during school hours and will consist of both 1:1 and group support sessions. The role requires you to provide additional support to both the pupils and teacher in a classroom setting. This represents a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in education.
