Job description
One of our special needs Academy schools located in SHrewsbury are looking for someone to join their team. The individual must have excellent classroom management and an understanding of SENd.


This Eaaster we will want someone who can assist Reception, Primary and Secondary pupils. This well established academy has ongoing work and will be looking for someone to really help them support their pupils.

We are looking for someone who:
• has at least 2 years' experience working as an LSA
• has a proven track record of leading groups/ classes and delivering focussed interventions, particularly in reading, to deliver outstanding outcomes
• is able to use a wide range of teaching strategies to inspire children so that they are highly engaged in their learning
• has excellent behaviour management skills
• has excellent subject knowledge, especially in English and maths
• is willing to go the extra mile for our pupils and their families
