Job description
Lovely school based in Barnet are looking for a SEND TA to work with a child( Reception.)

You will need to be passionate about working with a child with special needs and experienced in dealing with challenging behaviour..

This is a long term position and we are looking for someone who is available immediately. Previous experience is essential .

The right candidate will need to be confident with de-escalation strategies and know how to handle challenging behaviours. Resilience and hard work is a must.
