Job description
Protocol Education has been placing teaching professionals in a range of settings for many years. We are a REC accredited and audited company, this means we really take safeguarding seriously and are a leading fully compliant provider within the education sector.

We are looking to appoint several SEND Child/Behaviour Support Assistants to work with Schools in Cambridge. You will ideally hold a Team Teach certification or be prepared to get one and have a passion for working with young people aged 6-19. The work can be very rewarding; however, it can also be challenging too, so you need to be resilient, clam, composed and have the ability to manage challenging behaviour in these schools. Many students have complex communication needs, severe learning difficulties or are autistic and some occasionally present some challenging behaviours.

• Two professional references within the last three years
• Someone who is committed to the safeguarding of young people

Protocol Education will reward you with.........
• Competitive rates of pay.
• Free continuing professional development and training courses such as Team Teach
• Support from a dedicated team that includes ex-teaching professionals.
• Ongoing CV, interview advice and support
